These Terms govern your use of Asees OS operated by Asees OS Technologies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Asees OS is a WhatsApp-first AI assistant that analyzes chats, extracts tasks, drafts replies, and generates briefings. The service requires human approval before saving tasks or presenting reply drafts. It does not send WhatsApp messages on your behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and extension tokens. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Billing and credits

Paid plans include monthly Asees Credits as described on our pricing page. Credits meter AI usage. Top-up packs and plan changes are subject to the pricing in effect at time of purchase.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to bypass approval controls or auto-send messages
• Do not abuse API endpoints or share extension tokens
• Comply with WhatsApp's terms of service for WhatsApp Web

AI outputs may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all suggestions before acting on them. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asees OS Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
