Human-in-the-loop approvals
Every task extraction, reply draft, and external-facing suggestion enters an approval queue. Items expire after 24 hours by default if not reviewed. Approved tasks save to your dashboard. Reply drafts remain drafts until you copy and send them manually in WhatsApp.
Data retention
Raw WhatsApp message text expires automatically after 7 days by default. You can adjust retention in your dashboard settings. Structured tasks and approved items persist according to your workflow needs.
Chrome extension scope
The extension reads only messages loaded in the currently open WhatsApp Web chat, or text you explicitly select. It does not poll background chats, scrape cookies, or use broad host permissions. Maximum 200 newest loaded messages per action.
API key security
Your AI provider API keys are encrypted at rest in the database. Row Level Security isolates your data from other users. The extension authenticates with a dedicated token — not your login password.
No auto-send
Asees OS cannot send WhatsApp messages on your behalf. There is no automation path from AI output to WhatsApp send. This is intentional and permanent.
